Why I Run
I'm lacing up my shoes and hitting the pavement to run the NYC Half Marathon this March with Team Kidney. This cause is deeply personal to me, as I'm running in honor of my late grandparents, Nana and Papu, who both battled kidney disease.

My grandparents were more than just inspirations - they were beacons of faith and resilience. Nana was a tireless advocate for causes she cared about, always putting others before herself, and supporting her little family endlessly. Papu, despite his physical challenges, remained active and determined, never letting his ailments define him.

By running the NYC Half, I aim to carry on their legacy and make a difference in the fight against kidney disease.Your support, whether through donations or by spreading the word, can make a huge impact. Together, we can help the National Kidney Foundation continue its vital work and bring hope to those affected by kidney disease.
