Dear Family & Friends,
I am excited to announce that I've been selected to represent The National Kidney Foundation in the New York City Marathon this November.
Coming off of the fete of completing my first half marathon, now it's time to conquer another challenge.
This means a lot to me. I lost my sister Dianne Peri Lewis last Easter, April 20, 2025, to renal failure while she was on the transplant list. That was a lot harder than a marathon can ever be. If I can help another person in the same situation, it would mean the world. My friend Kevin Connell lost his dad Philip John Connell to renal failure earlier this year so now I will be runninng in the memory of Dianne and Philip and 37 million people are living with kidney disease. 1 in 3 are at risk. Let's do this together!
If you love me, open your wallets and/or cheer me on. My goal is $3000.00. Since I stated this journey I have raised over $1300.00. For every 1000.00 raised I'll donate an additional 10% to hit my goal.
