Why I Fundraise
I do this because I went thru it. Back in 2007 I was diagnosed after being rushed to the hospital. Finding out after some tests I did. That both my kidneys shut down. Of course nervous and scared and thinking "would i die". So that was the beginning of doing dialysis 3 days a week on a machine for 3.5 hrs. So thst was a challenge and being a single Dad. Then in 2013 I had a kidney transplant on Sept 6. Which came from a deceased donor who was 25yrs old(his name Makoil). So this is my fight and raising funds for others. Getting the word out,and keeping up with the new medical inventions or medicines they may have down the road. So being an advocate is what I'm doing and talking to others. Also listening to others that need or want to share. This is why I do it 🙏🏿❤️ thank you
