Right now, 35.5 million American adults are living with kidney disease, and we’re not okay with that. More than 1 in 7 adults are living with kidney disease — and many don’t even know it.
 

As part of our local Strike Out Kidney Disease awareness efforts with the National Kidney Foundation Serving Upstate & Western NY and the Council of Nephrology Social Workers (CNSW), we’re working to bring kidney health education, awareness, prevention, hope, and resources directly into our community — including right here at the ballpark.
