Why I’m Fundraising for the National Kidney Foundation

Right now, more than 35 million American adults are living with kidney disease—and that’s not okay with me.

So this October, I’m putting on my dancing shoes (and maybe some zombie makeup) to do something about it.

We’re a flash mob with a mission—learning the legendary Michael Jackson “Thriller” dance and popping up all over town near Hamilton, Ohio during October to surprise, entertain, and raise money for a lifesaving cause.

This year, we’re proud to support the National Kidney Foundation (NKF)—a leader in the fight against kidney disease. NKF was the first to recognize kidney disease as a distinct and treatable condition, developed the global standard for staging and diagnosis, and continues to drive progress through research and updated care guidelines.
