Why I Run

As many of you know, my Johnny had a kidney transplant at the young age of 9. We were more than blessed, that he was able to receive a live kidney so quickly from our beautiful cousin Allie. He is doing absolutely incredible almost 6 years later!

Never in a million years did I think I would be able to run a full marathon, let alone the New York City marathon! Running has become a huge passion of mine. I am so blessed to have been chosen to run with an amazing team, Team Kidney. I couldn’t be more excited to raise money for such an incredible charity, that is so close to my heart, while doing something that I truly love.
